Solène offers women’s apparel, knitwear, and clothing designed and produced with care.

All products are ready-made and subject to availability. Colours and textures may vary slightly from product photos due to lighting or screen differences.

 

 

 

2. Ordering & Payments

 

 

  • Orders can be placed securely on our website wearsolene.co.uk.

  • We currently accept debit cards and Apple Pay.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.

  • Please ensure that your delivery details are correct at checkout — we’re not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

 

 

 

 

3. Processing & Shipping

 

 

  • Average processing time: 1 week before dispatch.

  • In some cases (e.g. large order quantities or restocks), processing may take longer — we’ll notify you by email if so.

  • We ship within the United Kingdom only, using Royal Mail, DHL, or Evri, depending on your location and order size.

  • You’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

 

 

 

4. Returns & Refunds

 

 

All sales are final.

We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges, so please review your order carefully before checkout.

If an item arrives damaged, please email wearsolene9@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll review your case.

Solène is not responsible for:

  • Damage resulting from incorrect care, cleaning methods, or alteration of the product.

All products are provided “as is.” While we take every step to ensure quality, natural variations in texture and finish may occur due to material composition.

All designs, photos, and content on wearsolene.co.uk are the intellectual property of Solène.

You may share or repost Solène products and content only for personal and non-commercial use, with credit to @wearsolene.

We may repost customer images or tags shared on Instagram or other social platforms, unless you request otherwise.
